I find myself asking why Logitech failed to match their server infrastructure to the number of SBR they manufactured? Like others here if this isn't resolved pretty quickly I will be attempting to return mine as not fit for purpose. Unfortunately it was bought through my employer on a special discount scheme so I'm not sure what my rights are going to be...not at all happy!
