Something like that, yes. Apparently the name servers guess from your IP address where you're located and resolve www.mysqueezebox.com / baby.mysqueezebox.com to different targets depending on that. And sv = Silicon Valley makes sense indeed, I was already wondering what it stands for. :)
(As a side note, the DNS not only recognizes baby.mysqueezebox.com, but also jive.mysqueezebox.com and fab4.mysqueezebox.com, with the latter still being redirected to the test server for now.
