Had a similar issue myself. Same symptoms plus the diagnostics page; settings > advanced > diagnostics
listed the SBR as unregistered. I logged on to www.mysqueezebox.com, deleted the SBR from the account, factory reset the SBR then went through the entire "out of the box" set up routine.
