I think you are right. Logitech support or Andyg is needed. Seems to be a growing trend in SBRs with an identity crisis. You are luckier than some, who seem to have other people controlling / configuring their SBR.
Seriously AndyG did mention that there were a few SBRs that had problems with MAC addresses, but support can achieve a workround fix.
