I bet you installed sirius app while on mysqueezebox. You should uninstall that app AND then (while you are connected to your local computer and thus squeezebox server(go to my music on the radio screen and play a local music file -- which will ensure this is happening), re-install the sirius app from the apps screen (do this from the radio itself). Also, make sure in settings on squeezebox server you entered your username/password for mysqueezebox.
