I can't answer all of your questions, but I have one for you. Do you have an account set up on test.mysqueezebox.com, and are those the credentials you put in the SBS Settings menu (mysb.com tab)? 7.5.0 is a beta version that points to test.mysqueezebox.com, not the usual www.mysqueezebox.com, and I know some people (myself included) have gotten tripped up by this.
As for some of your other questions, you say you don't get Album Flow when you are not connected to your library. What do you expect it to show? It's an applet that's meant for scrolling through your library, so if you are not connected to your library, it won't be able to show anything. In other words, the menus change depending on which server you are connected to, your local server or mysb.com. I don't use the Facebook app, but as long as you have SBS running on a NAS, I don't see any point in explicitly disconnecting from that and then connecting to mysb.com. Instead you can stay with your local SBS server and it will handle all of the connections you need to Pandora, etc. But you may need to get your test.mysb.com credentials straightened out first, or go back to the official release (currently 7.4.1), which points to the regular www.mysb.com instead of the test site.
