Are you sure your radio is connected to the server? Open the SB server, go to advance settings then player. See if you see your radio. If not, unplug your modem and router and shutdown your pc and radio. Then restart modem, then router then pc. Then reset your radio and you should connect. The spinning wheel is a symptom of no connection to the server. Once you connect the apps should download fine...note you CAN connect to internet even if you're not connected to the server, but you need to connect to the server to get apps.
