In place of the wireless connection icon,(where its blank when connected by ethernet) when the radio is connected via Ethernet it should show a Ethernet/network icon and have status (connect/disconnect) similar to the wifi icon...Kinda on the idea of the network icon in Windoze changing status when data is actually being transferred vs idle
