Hi Graham. I use the radio the exact same way - i.e. sometimes stream music from local server but mostly play from mysqueezebox.com.
Yesterday when the Radio had one of it's annoying drop outs - I did the usual - rebooted the device - but the radio decided to connect to my local server instead. The only way I could return to mysqueezebox.com was by totally shutting down my local server and then reboot the radio. It seems to me that changeing between local server and internet was not intended for the radio. On my boom it is much more simple to do.
