Some batteries do have two copies of the sticky label, thus making a tight fit into the Radio's battery compartment even tighter. (The tight fit is needed to eliminate battery movement in the compartment.) If this prevents proper battery fit into the compartment, removing the top label is a reasonable solution. I'll update the installation wiki to include this.
