Here's what I understand -- there are fewer batteries in stock in the United States and much more in Europe. Although we are running out of stock worldwide, we are much more likely to run out of stock in the United States first. Therefore, it's much more likely that customers ordering a Squeezebox Radio Accessory Pack from the United States Logitech web site will be put on backorder. Interest in this battery has exceeded expectations, and Logitech does not have enough batteries in stock to fulfill all pre-orders. Again, I apologize for this situation and hope this is rectified as soon as possible.
