This plugin helped resolve some (but not all) of the sync issues I experienced after adding the SB Radio to my network (a Controller/Receiver and a Boom), which had previously been solid, sync-wise.
http://www.tux.org/~peterw/slim/SyncOptions.html I flip often between SqueezeCenter and mysqueezebox.com; this plugin is only for SC, so when I use mysqueezebox.com, some sync problems persist, exclusively with streamed radio stations (WNYC, KCRW). The players start off in-sync, but if I pause the playback with any device (Controller/Boom/Radio) and hit play again, all three players go out of sync, and cannot find any "agreement" either on their own, or after powering on/off the individual players. Services like Pandora work fine in both environments.
