I was so excited by your message, I went straight to try it out. No luck. I am using FW 7.4.2 and the Podcast Player app.
When I tried pressing the FF button and twirling the big knob, I was psyched to see a little box open up and minutes and seconds wizzing by as it turned. When I pressed the big button in, it returned to the podcast logo screen, and the little dot that shows how far you are into your audio file had advanced halfway across the screen, but the sound that came out of the radio was the podcast starting all over again...and again...and again. I never did get it to play where the little dot said it should be playing.
