This is the back-up sound when a stream fails. So you could try saving a made-up URL as a favorite (you would have to add this manually using squeezebox software locally or mysqueezebox.com). Then choose that favorite as your alarm sound. Since nothing will play, it should default to the back-up beep beep sound.
