I did a search to find this topic. yeah its staying at 99 percent downloaded. Ill unplug it and hope it works. Unplugged from electric and now ....It is up to 100 now and installing. I think it did the same thing when I installed the first update when I took it out of the box. It restarted now. Hope all is well with my little baby radio. It is sooooooooo cute. Thanks all jean
