Go to Settings > Advanced > Remote Login to enable remote login. Username is root and password is 1234. From there you can login via ssh. I don't believe the SB Radio has ftpd, so you can transfer files via scp. For the gui-inclined user on Windows, WinSCP is a convenient, free package for doing things like this.
