it needed the full path.. that did the trick. I also changed the wget line to
"kidsplayexec xxxxxxxx /usr/bin/wget -O - -t 1 http://192.168.1.20/onderbedaan.php"; That way it wont download the php file and make a mess of the filesystem :) In the picture you can see the radio on the left side.
