Up until this update (Firmware 7.4.2-r8423) hit a bit ago, I never had this issue with the SBRadio I've owned since Jan. Now, I get the "play about 10 minutes, then drop" issue nearly all the time, and I have seen it is identified as Rebuffering Failed errors. I posted about it on a topic another person started specifically for this update #. I run it connected to MySB.com.
I pointed out there that, if this Radio had acted like this in the beginning, I would have thought it was broken, too. The fact that it didn't used to act like this doesn't help you much, except to confirm it likely isn't a problem with your specific unit.
