Coume - thanks for your logs - it is now clear to me, how this can
happen !

I think the problem is, that you press 'pause' to stop the alarm:

Code:
--------------------
    AlarmSnoozeApplet.lua:255 notify_playerModeChange: player (LocalPlayer
{nyx.protogenoi.com}) mode has been changed to pause

--------------------

While this is a valid action, it unfortunately leaves the radio in a
state where it thinks an alarm is still running.
Later the radio disconnects and reconnects to MySqueezeBox. As the
radio still (wrongly) thinks an alarm is still running (and server
disconnection while an alarm is running is bad) it turns on the backup
alarm:

Code:
--------------------

  AlarmSnoozeApplet.lua:315 notify_serverDisconnected: SlimServer
{mysqueezebox.com} - server alarm in progress, but player still connected to
SlimServer {mysqueezebox.com}
  [...]
  Mar 23 18:10:31 squeezeplay: WARN applet.AlarmSnooze -
AlarmSnoozeApplet.lua:222 alarm_sledgehammerRearm: audio not in good shape
while alarm is firing. restart timer asynchronously at 1.5secs

--------------------

Could you try the following:
- schedule an alarm, exit it with pause
- restart your router (mysqueezebox disconnects/reconnects)
- a 'ghost' alarm should start instantly

I opened a bug report
(https://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15943) on your behalf -
this one will be in a state of 'unconfirmed' - so it needs at least (I
think) three votes, until anyone at logitech might see it. If anyone
with 'CanConfirm'-rights is reading this thread, it would be nice of
course, if you confirmed the bug.
If you can reproduce the bug with the steps above you should comment
(in the bug report) also of course !

In the meantime you should stop your alarms either via the menu (press
the big button without turning) or via the Power-Off-Button, then you
shouldn't face ghost alarms anymore.
