I guess in a way you are correct. If I cancel my pre-order, Logitech
won't get my money.

Somebody needs to explain exactly to Logitech what the term "pre-order"
means. That way they won't ship batteries that are already "sold" to
other customers.

Then again, if I cancel my pre-order, and just check the website every
day for availability, I'm sure I will receive my batteries sooner.

This whole experience is beyond bazaar, and anyone who tries to make
apologies at this point is as absurd as the customer service/order
fulfillment department.

Way to go Logitech!!
