Not believing in something doesn't mean I wouldn't welcome if there in
fact a reaction from Logitech that is more than just patching up a
wound. Plus, the more people that experience problems report them, the
more likely they will be noticed by other customers if not Logitech.

Did that last time asking them to forward my plea to overthink the
Mysqueezebox.com/local server dependency, which did exactly nothing so
why do it again? I don't want to run a computer just to listen to
internet radio, if that were the case the Squeezebox wouldn't be needed
in the first place. Customer service, even if well meaning can do
nothing about the actual and fundamental problem.

You punch people in the face because you are angry with them and want
to do it? I don't hold grudges against people for very long and much
less some gadget, but it had to be said. :)
