Based on what? Your individual experience, rather than the overall
experience of Squeezebox users? 

I get that you are having a problem. What I reject is you making this
to be a bigger problem than what this is. It is quite common for people
to take their individual hardware/software/network.computer problem and
make it into a problem for many/all hardware or users.

6-8 people having a problem is not evidence of a huge hardware/software
problem. It most certainly in not evidence of a company not being
concerned with their customers and rushing software out the door.

Now if you want to talk about the quality or the product maturity (when
compared to the boom or classic) of the Radio in general...maybe that's
different.

All IMHO. :)
