Many problems I have had were user errors and by my errors I have learned how to handle many of my self-imposed problems. Some issues I have had actually were resolved in "DUE TIME" It might be that this same scenario applies to others as well. I love the Squeezes and I have found that Logitech staff is very responsive . Have you ever called customer service ? Have you read the users manual? Have you asked question on this forum? There are so many who can help you.
