I just noticed the same issue today. I don't too often listen to my Squeezebox for an hour straight -- at least while awake, but I notice it shuts off after about an hour.
I also am having an issue where I set the sleep timer to 60 or 90 minutes at night and when I roll over hours later, the screen is blank (which is the setting I use when the Squeezebox is playing), but it's not playing anything and the clock isn't showing either. It's like in some kind of limbo where it's not playing, but not off.
