Thank you for this tip! This has me now back to a time when I was happier with my Squeezebox.
The only new feature of the last update I liked was that the alarm came directly out of the Squeezebox instead of the speakers I have plugged into it. This way, I don't have to worry about the volume setting on the speakers and have hope that they're loud enough in the morning.
