First of all, I'm not an idiot when it comes to networking. I worked 8 years as network admin for webmd.com and am now head of Macintosh IT for my current employer. I know my way around a network.
Bought my SBR back when 7.4.2 was the latest firmware, over all I had few if any problems. Since the dreaded 7.5 update, nothing but problems. If I run my own SBS under OSX, things are fine, however, I don't always want to keep that box running 24/7. At the moment, I'm watching the animated circle do it's thing on the home screen after choosing "Favorites". It's been sitting there spinning for the last 15 minutes. This problem is repeatable any time the radio has been playing for 10-15 minutes or more (works fine after a cold boot). If I press one of the 6 preset buttons, it changes to that preset, but try to select "Favorites" and it just sits there spinning. This problem also exists with the nightly builds when I push the contained Radio firmware to the unit. Something with this many problems is a CONSUMER product?!?! Is someone trying to sabotage Logitech? Whomever tested and approved this software before pushing it should be grateful they're not one of my employees. I'm this close -><- to tossing it (can't sell it on eBay as I'd like to preserve my reputation there) and buying something from *anyone* else.
