I have just spoken with Logitech Support. They said that if you specify the Current Playlist should be used for the Alarm Sound, then your PC must be switched on. I said that all I wanted to do was to listen to the BBC. They said that I should make it a Favorite and then it would show as an option for the Alarm Sound. I have done that and it works!
