If it happens that often, that your stream just stops, maybe you should call official support.
I read of some MySB.com accounts, where two people unintentionally shared one account (do you have any devices listed on MySB.com, that are not your own ?). Anyway - everything you describe sounds really strange and definitely is not normal operation.
