When a library is unavailable you should see a spinny for a moment while it tries to connect, then you should see a screen that gives you the option to either "Try again" or "Switch Library". Unfortunately, on the Radio's small screen the "Switch Library" option is scrolled off the bottom, so you need to rotate the large knob to see it.
