Yep - factory reset. Always a pain, especially on Radio and Controller, where entire setup has to be done on the device, rather than via SqueezeCenter... on my SB Classics, you can do the initial wireless set up on the device, but then set all your menus etc etc via SqueezeCenter, using a proper keyboard and mouse....)
So, I took Radio out of the "new" MySB.com. Then I went online on the PC and deleted that new account. Tried then to re-connect Radio to MySB.com (hoping it would invite me to enter account details....) but got a message that MySB.com was unavailable, and that I needed to do an entire Factory Reset. That was OK - and this time I could get the radio to connect to my proper MySB.com account. I guess I was having finger trouble during the first set up....
