I use my Radio as a bedside alarm clock. The normal alarm audio is streamed BBC Radio 4 (yeah, yeah I know... but I am getting older). It's worked pretty flawlessly for me since I got it and I was always worried by other poster's problems.
With the SB3 on my downstairs system all was well. The idea being that it starts playing the radio as an alarm but I can switch it off (power button) and go downstairs turn the amp on and the SB3 was already continuing the radio stream. Now, since I got my Touch and did a sync to it I have been having problems. When I hit the volume or main button to snooze it does, but then will often come back with a very brief radio stream then goes to the default "musical" alarm as if it's unable to connect to the internet stream (via the NAS server). At this point another "snooze" works but the display will now have the "snooze" / "turn off alarm" display and will NOT leave it. The power button does nothing. Selecting either option does nothing. This morning I tried "unsync" from the Touch downstairs and the Radio then restarted playing the BBC radio stream but the unit was otherwise unresponsive. Each time I have had to open the battery compartment and pull the plug. After I do this the battery icon typically shows half charge, not full as I would expect after only a few minutes unplugged from the charger cable. I have no unsynced and will see what happens tomorrow morning. It has happened every time AFAICR since the Touch is in place.
