+1000 :) I allow for the fact that people get upset when they buy something and it doesn't work as advertised. I understand their anger over advertising that said one thing and then delivered something else. But, once they ask for help and find out there is no fix at this time.......(and since this is a user forum not an official Logitech support forum)the bitc*ing needs to stop.
