For me, here in northern Europe, I get access to the 192 kbps stream almost always, only at (local) night (US daytime) have I been denied. I have not experienced any trouble getting served by their web page (again, at US nights, local daytime). Also, as I've mentioned long ago, the problem of non-updating artwork is fully reproducible, every time I re-initialize the stream I get the artwork of the first song shown, but this is not updated for subsequent songs. I never use the 128 kbps stream, too low quality, I'd rather do without it.
