I have the Radio and the Duet and generally they have always worked fine. However,it would be a stretch to say that "there are no problems at all". There are often issues, but after a 60 year lifetime of shortwave static the device is a miracle and I am willing to put up with hiccups now and then. (Of course, I do not stream my own music or try to use the alarm.) I have teamed the Duet up with the DAC Magic from Cambridge Audio and the sound quality is fantastic--even on 32 kb streams.
