First of all: I didn't bother reading the entire thread. Just a few pages of it.
But this is how I observe the "senior members" (whatever defines that) act when someone screams that their SB is a PoS: They let the poster know that noone at Logitech reads this forum anyway (except ofcourse the ocasional developer). If they want to let out steam to Logitech there are better ways. Then after that, they instictively go into problem solving mode, asking for details about the issues the OP has. If the OP is then willing to go into the dialogue, I have seen in more cases than not, that the problem ends up getting solved. And thus, the OP ends up being a happy (or at least happier) SB user. I would rather say that the "senior members" are doing great. Actually Fantastic. Once in a while there may slip a comment about what expectations to have that is less friendly than needed.
