Two ways that I know of: 1. Navigate into My Music. You should see a prompt screen asking whether you want to connect to the last connected local Squeezebox Server.
2. Place 'Switch Server' on your Home Menu through Settings > Home Menu. (I don't recall for sure, but you may already have to be connected to a local server before you'll see this option in the Home Menu settings. Home Menu customization is odd like that.)
