The presets missing issue sounds like an SBS issue and may depend on how the upgrade was done.
The "Rights" messages also occurs for me on BBC iPlayer on PC so it is a BBC issue - possibly there is a segment about sport on the program which BBC cannot rebroadcast outside the UK or just simply a BBC fault. This has nothing to do with the upgrade.
