Two other ideas based on experiences from 'this very old thread' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=22096). 1) check to make sure the Radio's MAC address (as reported on SBS > Settings > Information) matches the address on the sticker on the Radio.
2) try a factory reset of the Radio. I _think_ it's done by powering it off, and then holding down the "+" button while powering it back on.
