It's hard to pinpoint the problem if you change three things at once. That said, I'll bet that it's your "N only" setting that is messing you up. The SB isn't an N device, so you should probably run the router in mixed mode. That won't slow down your N devices. N/G mixed mode is not like G/B mixed mode, in which adding a B device to a G/B mixed network would slow down the G devices. The backwards compatibility of N is smarter than that.
