Please repost in the best place, simply, I found that the time displayed was locally correct on the display of the box "gmt-5 eastern time", however the sqbox online, general tab (website) also defaults to gmt-5 at bogeta or whatever, both are correct in time. until they were the both the same geographic region my alarm would not function. the server could not match the different times on the sqbox set alarm screen with the general tab screen. because they both have different locations but the same time.. i think new users may find his useful. and yes my locally set, on the box alarm works. Nearly returned it.
