You can make folders for your favorites on Squeezebox Server (SBS), but not on mysqueezebox.com. To do it on SBS, go to the Favorites page on the SBS web ui and hover the cursor over Favorites until you see the pencil icon (it's a very thick pencil). Click on that and you can create folders, drag favorites in and out of folders, re-order favorites via drag-and-drop, etc.
If you want to see this functionality added to mysqueezebox.com, vote for 'Bug 8692' (http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=8692). Voting requires a new registration on bugs.slimdevices.com (ie, your forums login doesn't cover that area).
