This is absurdly illogical. The box my radio came in clearly states "Additional Options Available." And it lists the remote as well as the battery pack. It is completely reasonable that when it says the battery is available, THAT IT IS AVAILABLE!!! And it's also reasonable that if a person is able to obtain the radio in Canada, he can also obtain the AVAILABLE battery. I already own two ROKU radios, and bought this radio because I could use it on my patio with the AVAILABLE BATTERY PACK and not need an outlet. It does not take an Olympic class mental gymnast to see the point that in some cases, this radio would not have been purchased had the purchaser known that the AVAILABLE BATTERY PACK was NOT AVAILABLE. In that case, the purchaser did not get what he paid for, and there's not a reasonable person anywhere who would think that they were treated fairly if not downright swindled. I did contact Logitech and complained so vehemently that they reluctantly agreed (under the threat of a complaint to my state's Attorney General's Office) to buy back my radio even though I did not purchase it from them. However, it would have taken 6 weeks from the time I shipped it back to them to receive a credit on my card. I felt that the batteries would be available by then and kept Logitech's offer in my back pocket just in case. My battery should be arriving Tuesday. Quit apologing for Logitech. At best, they're lousy at delivering on their promises. At worst, they're dishonest. In my opinion, they fall somewhere in between. -- diannabill ------------------------------------------------------------------------ diannabill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=38082 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=75056 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
