I had the same problem. The bit I missed was that the folder name was incorrect. It should be named headphones. i.e. /usr/share/jive/applets/Headphones
Try that and do a restart. As with all disclaimers... do this at your own risk as I cannot guarantee this method other than testing it to work ok for me.
