All I can suggest is to verify you have entered the correct SSID,
encryption type, encryption passphrase.
Even a simple *space* at the end of the passphrase causes issues as a
*space* is a character.

Beyond that, and as I suggested before temporarily turning off
encryption to see if it then connects, then I'd suggest calling
support.

If it does connect with no encryption enabled then it is likely a user
input error using encryption.
