Here is what I did this time. Disconnected cable modem on the network to make sure no internet access. Cold booted Radio. When to "My Music" and see all the local albums. Even played one. Go to Settings -> Advance -> Update Software. Radio listed no option to update firmware at all. Just 2 options of "Cancel" and "Help". Tried to reset to factory settings and reboot but is still the same result. Uninstalled 7.4.2r30018 with purge and deleted cache. Re-installed 7.4.2r30049 and still the same.
