Since just about forever I have had a small problem with the alarm functionality on the Radio.
It is not a big problem. Actually the alarm as such has always worked for me. But when I choose snooze (usually I push the volume button, but using the menu makes no diference), it takes around 5 seconds before the radio shuts up. It usually takes ½-1 second before it says beep, to confirm the button-press and another 3-7 seconds before it actually stops playing. I didn't time it, but it is my clear impression that the time varies from day to day. The problem tends to make me wake up more than I like when snoozing, since I get unsure if I actually pushed snooze. Am I the only one having this problem? Probably not... could it be related to the low-end server-hardware (see my sig.)? Under normal operation I never have to wait 5+ seconds for the radios or controllers to react. On a sidenote: If I press the powerbutton to turn off an alarm, it first says the usual button-beep, shortly followed by the correct powerbutton-sound. Ps. Yes I know that I should look into the bugs.slimdevices.com for this, but I loose overview of the alarm issues. -- Muele BR Mogens 2 Radios (1 battery), 2 Controllers, 2 Receivers, 1 Squeezeplay.
