I am having the exact same issue with the Squeezebox Radio. I am running the 7.5.2 firmware. The radio is connected to mysqueezebox.com as is my Duet. I have no alarms on the Duet.
By the way, why isn't the snooze length configuration setting in the Squeezebox Server software or the device interface?
