People, please calm down a bit.

RadioListener might just be a first time user who has purchased a
Suqeezebox and realized it doesn't work as advertized. We all know how
frustrating that can be. New users who are frustrated can often be
insulting but that doesn't mean we have to answer with insults, we can
do better than that.

RADIOLISTENER:
If you still want help, please specify a bit more detailed exactly what
kind of state information you have lost. The Radio shouldn't loose any
settings just because you upgrade the firmware, if that's what happens
something is wrong with your Radio or with the environment it's running
in. In that case you should contact the Logitech support.

Do you run a local Squeezebox Server on one of your computers or do you
use Logitech's central mysqueezebox.com server ?

If you prefer to talk to someone that can go through the diagnose
process step by step, please just contact the official support.

This forum is just a community for with a few Logitech developers who
participate in discussions when they have some time over.

If you like to keep complaining on that Logitech doesn't do their jobs,
please use the official Logitech forum where Logitech support staff
monitors the questions, this way at least the correct people will hear
your complains:
