My guess is that your Radio is connected to SBS on your computer, but SBS is not setup with your MySB.com account, so the Internet Radio menu items are missing.
SBS web UI > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com > enter your MySB login ID and password > Save. But just a guess. :) Do you intend to use the Radio for your local music files on your computer? Or just Internet Radio and Music Services?
