I know you don't like SSH'ing into your Radio but that behaviour sounds really strange when you have your dedicated server. If you use a tool like WinSCP you can connect to your Radio and download the /var/log/messages files. Best to do it, after a fallback alarm sounded. If you post the log here we can look into it and maybe give you an indication about what the issue could be.
